Truist Plaza has three elevators serving the garage, five elevators serving the tower/office space, and one freight elevator.

The garage elevators run 24/7 to serve the parking garage. Access to the lobby via the garage elevators is available 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or 24/7 with an access card. The passenger elevators are open to multi-tenant floors 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, or 24/7 with an access card/proper permissions. If you are on a single tenant floor, open elevator hours are set by the tenant management.

The service elevator should be used for all office moves and deliveries. The dates and times of your move should be scheduled outside of business hours and coordinated with Property Management.
